Letewon's Place

A Home Filled With Love, Safety, and Hope

A Home of Hope

Letewon’s Place is more than a shelter—it is a family. Created for vulnerable children in Ghana who have nowhere else to turn, Letewon’s Place exists to provide safety, stability, and the loving environment every child deserves. Here, children won’t just survive—they will thrive. Surrounded by care, support, and a nurturing community, each child will be given the opportunity to grow, heal, and discover their purpose.

Our Mission

To offer love, protection, and hope to 40 children in need, providing them with a secure home, quality education, reliable medical care, spiritual guidance, and a sense of belonging grounded in faith, family, and community.

What We Provide

A Safe and Loving Home

Letewon’s Place will house up to 40 children in a structured, family-centered environment. With trained houseparents, caretakers, and support staff, each child will receive daily care, guidance, and emotional support.

Nutritious Meals & Daily Essentials

Children receive wholesome meals, clean clothing, hygiene supplies, and everything needed for a healthy life.

Quality Education

All children will attend the private school located inside Yah’s Village, ensuring consistency, safety, and a strong academic foundation. The education will blend academic excellence with values, character building, and life skills.

Medical & Holistic Care

Through Yah’s Village’s health systems—including the upcoming Made Whole Holistic Medical Center—children will have access to primary healthcare, wellness programs, and preventive services.

Emotional & Spiritual Support

Letewon’s Place is rooted in love, faith, and community. Children will grow in a supportive environment that nurtures their emotional healing and spiritual well-being.

Family & Belonging

Every child deserves to feel chosen, loved, and valued. Letewon’s Place creates a family atmosphere where children have stability, structure, and the reassurance that they are not alone.

Why Letewon's Place Matters

Across Ghana, many children face hardship, abandonment, or unsafe living conditions. Yah’s Village believes in being the “village” that steps in with compassion and commitment.

Letewon’s Place is our promise to these children that:

  • They are seen.

  • They are worthy.

  • They are loved.

  • Their future matters.

By providing a stable home and long-term care, we break cycles of hardship and give each child the chance to dream, grow, and live meaningful lives.

A Village Raising Tomorrow's Leaders

At Letewon’s Place, we believe that when a child is surrounded by love and guided with purpose, they can rise above any circumstance. With Yah’s Village as their foundation, these children will be equipped to become strong, kind, and impactful members of society.

Together, we are building more than a home.

We are building hope.
